STATIONARY THERMOPLASTIC PREHEATER F220P

The stationary preheater is used for the preparation of the thermoplastic material. The preheater moves easily with a forklift. It attaches easily to a trailer, flatbed truck or pickup. It is very simple to use !

Capacity of the boiler : 220 liters (about 440 kg of thermoplastic material).
Regulator of automatic temperature with digital control thermometer, range 150°C to 270°C.
Automatic and hydraulic mixing.
Kohler 9 cv gas engine with electric start.
Direct flame under bottom of the boiler. Double wall boiler with insulation.
Support for gas cylinder 13 kg.
Transfert tray to load line striping machines and moulds.
Hydraulic tank (25 liters).
Two positions : mixing and opposite direction of rotation (necessity in case of blocking of the bag).
Secure system for loading the thermoplastic bag.

The trailer is designed to enable you to transport the thermoplastic machine giving a compact unit to support line markers on small projects. The trailer is a compact, high performance, economic and rugged equipment.
