STENCILS
We manufacture stencils for road and urban marking. Our stencils are manufactured in our woodworking center on CNC milling machines. They are made from plywood, wood fiber medium or aluminum.

Stencils offer many benefits. They save time by avoiding manual operations, repeating the same mark indefinitely, tracing complex shapes on the ground, and making ground markings that meet local standards .
​
Stencils are recommended for airless paint sprayers. They do not lift when applying high pressure paint (between 100 and 200 bar). They can also be used with a brush, paint spray or roller (for aluminium stencils).
MATERIALS
The plywood stencil, 8 mm thick, is robust. We recommend it for large markings. It is easier to transport because it is less delicate than the wood fiber stencils. This is the best choice for marking professionals.
The wood fiber medium stencil, 6 mm thick, is highly appreciated for its clean cutting edges. It is recommended for small stencils (less than 1 meter), for letters and numbers. It is recommended for moderate use.
The aluminum stencil ,1.5 mm thick, is unbreakable and heat resistant. It is used for roller paint application and for all professionals who wish to keep their stencils for a long time.
